Diocesan Immunization Policy
Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops (TCCB), TCCB Education Department (TCCB ED) and the Texas Department of State Health Services. The Immunization Policy states that all students must be in full compliance with their immunization requirements to be in attendance in a Catholic School.
